The TPM Institute's first virtual conference
December 17, 2026 • 12:00 PM - 5:00 PM EST • Zoom Virtual Conference
Early Bird Pricing Ends November 30 | Regular Price: $99
Technical program management is its own discipline, distinct from project management and from Agile. On December 17, the TPM Institute hosts its first virtual conference: a half day of talks from practitioners who run large technical programs at companies you know, on the real work. How programs get scoped, staffed, unblocked, and delivered, and what the role looks like as AI changes it.
Eight 30-minute sessions. No vendor pitches. Built for TPMs, the people who manage them, and project managers who want to see where the discipline is heading.

Michael Götz
Director, Technical Program Management | Celonis
Michael Götz leads Celonis's global technical program management organization: more than 20 TPMs who work alongside a global software engineering organization in India, Germany, Spain and the USA, covering AI, data platform, application, infrastructure and API programs. He built the function from scratch and owns the team's AI operating system, a multi-agent layer and skill library used across the entire product and engineering organization, which has automated about 40 percent of the operational busywork in program management.
He joined Celonis in 2017 as one of its first product managers, built out the product team, then led the CTO Office through the company's hypergrowth from fewer than 100 people to more than 3,000. Trained as an aerospace engineer, he treats program management as a systems engineering problem, and he has also founded his own companies. He co-hosts the TPM Ridge Podcast, writes TPM Breakdowns on Substack and organizes TPM community events in New York, Munich, Madrid and London. He also co-authored "The Technical Program Manager's Guide to Practical AI."
