What does SoftEd do? SoftEd (Software Education LLC) delivers world‑class, expert‑led training that helps professionals and teams deliver, lead & innovate. We focus on Agile, product, leadership, and emerging‑tech skills.

Who teaches your courses? Our faculty are seasoned practitioners—many are industry thought‑leaders with decades of real‑world experience. Bios are available on our About Us page.

Courses & Delivery

Are classes live or self‑paced? Public courses are delivered live online via Zoom with real‑time discussion and breakout exercises. Private onsite or live‑online delivery is available on request.

What time zone are public courses scheduled in? Public sessions run in U.S. Eastern Time (ET). Private deliveries can be scheduled for other time zones.

Will sessions be recorded? For privacy and certification reasons, public classes are not recorded. Private deliveries may be recorded on request and mutual agreement.

What equipment do I need?

  • Laptop/desktop with broadband internet (5 Mbps +)
  • Zoom desktop client (latest version)
  • Microphone and speakers or headset
  • Webcam strongly recommended for interactive exercises

Registration & Payment

How do I register? Select a date on the public Calendar and complete checkout. You’ll receive an instant confirmation email.

Which payment methods do you accept? Credit card at checkout or invoice (net 30) for organizations. All fees must be paid before class.

Do you offer group discounts? Yes—automatic multi‑seat discounts apply when all participants are booked in one transaction. For 8 + learners, request a private class for the best value.

Policies & Guarantees

Cancellations — If you cancel less than 10 days prior to the class start date, your course fee will be held in a credit to use in the future.

ReschedulingYou may transfer one time to another public date free of charge up to the class start time.

Substitutions — You may substitute another attendee from your organization at any time prior to the start of class at no cost.

No‑Show Policy — If you register but do not attend (and haven’t canceled or rescheduled), the full tuition is forfeited. You may reschedule one time within 12 months of your original course date.

What does “Guaranteed‑to‑Run” mean? Any public class with three or more paid seats confirmed 14 days before the start date will not be canceled or rescheduled. If we must change it, you receive an automatic 100 % refund plus a free future seat.

Certification & Credits

Will I earn PDUs, CDUs, or other credits? Most courses are accredited by PMI (PDUs), IIBA (CDUs), and ICAgile (ICP certifications). Accreditation information is listed on each course page, and you’ll receive a certificate of completion with credit details.

How do I claim my PMI PDUs? Upon completion, log in to PMI’s CCR (Continuing Certification Requirements) system, choose “Course or Training,” and enter the provider name Software Education US LLC along with the PDUs indicated on your certificate. Use the activity ID printed on your certificate of completion.

How do I claim my IIBA CDUs? Submit your SoftEd certificate through IIBA’s My Certification portal. Select “Category A: Formal Training,” enter the course title, hours, and provider name Software Education US LLC, then upload the certificate.

Can I add my certification to Credly? SoftEd is not currently integrated with Credly. However, every course includes a certificate of completion, and a shareable digital badge is available upon request that you can post to LinkedIn or other platforms. Contact us after class and we’ll issue your badge at no extra cost.

Certificate reprint — Need another copy? Email team@softed.com with the course name and completion date and we’ll resend your certificate of completion.

Private & Team Training

Team Training — Want to bring a class to your people? Email info‑us@softed.com and we’ll tailor a private, live‑online or onsite delivery, aligned to your schedule, context, and goals.

Do you create custom programs? Yes—SoftEd designs end‑to‑end learning journeys, workshops, and coaching aligned to your transformation goals.

After‑Class Support

What resources do I get? Digital course materials (PDF), job aids, and lifetime access to our resource library of articles, webinars, and micro‑learning modules.

Can I contact the instructor later? Yes—post‑class Q&A support is available; simply email learner‑support and we’ll connect you.
