FlexEd Deferred Direct Bill Payment Option

SoftEd offers a deferred direct bill payment option for Booz Allen employees. The deferred direct bill payment option enables employees to enroll in learning opportunities with no upfront costs. This payment option will require the employee to sign a Family Educational Rights and Privacy Act (FERPA) agreement with Skills Development Group to release grades/completion to Booz Allen to satisfy the FlexEd Program completion requirement. Note associates may also use the FlexEd Program reimbursement payment option.

BAH Associates will receive a 30% discount on most courses when enrolling in SoftEd courses with the exception of Certified Scrum training. Please use your @bah.com email for this discount when enrolling.

• To obtain a your EdAssist application, reach out to your manager or career manager.
• Once your EdAssist application is approved, a Letter of Credit (LOC) will be emailed to you, or you can download it from your EdAssist account.
• You will need submit your letter of credit to kinziew@softed.com
• Upon successful submission of the LOC, you will be enrolled into your course by SoftEd
