I've spent 20 years in strategic program management, operational excellence, and strategy and operations at companies like Atlassian, Deloitte, Capital One, and Boeing and across industries including aerospace, defense, fintech, healthcare, legal, and the public sector. Before any of that, I was in the military (call sign: Poseidon) and then the university classroom (call sign: Mr. King). On the personal side, my wife, our two dogs, and I live on Bainbridge Island, WA, just a 30-minute ferry ride from Seattle. When I'm not working, I'm cooking, reading, hiking, or traveling, usually in that order and occasionally all in the same week.
