At a recent Project Management Institute New Zealand Chapter (PMINZ) event, author, trainer, and SoftEd director, Iain Fraser spoke about the need for increased organisational agility.
Fraser's talk, Five Steps Toward Increased Organisational Agility explored why organisations of the future need to be nimble and adaptive to capitalise quickly on opportunities and to counter threats from the fast-changing VUCA influenced world. He explained that transforming an organisation is more about the ‘psychology of doing business’ rather than mid-level process layers and methods.
