I'm a natural problem solver and have always gravitated toward roles that involve making a complex system more efficient. I've been a trainer, coach, and consultant for eight years now. Along the way, I learned that there is no one right way to be agile, only many possible ways.
I also realised a love for helping people navigate the uncertainty and complexity of change led me to start my own consultancy, Liberated Elephant. My biggest strength is being able to meet people where they are and help them uncover the knowledge and tools they need to find a path forward.
