Here's what our customers are saying:

The course is very well structured and comprehensive with great real-world examples and relevance.

- Andrew Harrington, Trimble

Excellent presentation and communication of Business Analysis skills. A worthwhile investment in the field for the experienced practitioner.

- Jarryd Judd, Carsales.com Ltd

Information and training material were very practical, there was a lot that I can take away and implement at my workplace.

- Merinda Herholdt, Schneider Electric

Very informative. Involvement of all course participants works well and is interesting. Training material is an excellent resource.

- Helen Dziemidowicz, Office of State Revenue

Engaging, well informed and professional lecturer. Very enjoyable course, perhaps the best BA-related course I have attended.

- Jay Symon, EPA

Great course, loved the methods that were introduced and the training around each method. The online content/delivery was really good with the use of the small group breakout sessions where everyone had chance to interact.

- Sandra Bowes, Visa

I liked the structure and pace of the training. The breakout rooms with other participants were really useful to share knowledge of how other BA's and other organisations work, and then going back to the main group and discussing real examples/challenges with the facilitator. The facilitators were amazing with a great presence, were well prepared, and obviously extremely knowledgeable on a wide range of topics related to business analysis and the broader organisational environment.

- Julian Hart, Visa

Great course, content and presentation - lots of ideas that we can take back and improve our work.

- Mika Imanbayeva, Suncorp
