Tu Chu is a passionate product and engineering leader with a flair for entrepreneurship. He loves developing innovative products and believes in working hard, but in a smart way. Tu is currently focused on Agile transformation, global e-commerce, and web3 development. He enjoys learning and is always ready to expand his knowledge.

He has a rich professional history including a key role as an Agile Coach at McKinsey & Company, where he participated in their Agile transformation journey. He also had an influential stint as the Chief Technology Officer at Upinus, working with teams to enhance their tech and operations.

A lifelong learner, Tu has a Bachelor's degree from Hanoi University of Science & Technology, and several professional certifications. He is a full-stack developer, comfortable with modern tech-stacks and Agile methodologies. He speaks Vietnamese, English, and Chinese. He's always ready to learn, lead, and create a lasting impact in his field.
