Our Business Agility Fundamentals course explores what it takes to thrive in a complex, uncertain environment. The business environment today is volatile, and everyone in the organisation needs to be able to adapt to the changing world while ensuring that the organisation’s goals and outcomes are met. This program will introduce participants at all levels to the essential concepts and practices of business agility, including how organisations, teams, and individuals can adapt and exploit change for competitive advantage, as well as the tools and techniques required to deliver customer and business value.
You'll gain
The ICAgile Certified Professional – Business Agility Foundations (ICP-BAF) certification is granted on the successful completion of this course.
This course will contribute 14 PMI® professional development units (PDUs) towards your chosen certification (2 Power Skills, 6 Business Acumen and 6 Ways of Working).
