Sharon Robson is an experienced consultant who specialises in agile transformations, enterprise agility, leadership and strategic planning.
Sharon works with leadership and delivery teams to transform organisations and build a high performance culture. She focuses on the application of lean and agile concepts, as well as applying complexity based approaches to problem solving and risk management.
Sharon was the General Manager Strategy and Improvement in Technology at Tabcorp. This role united Architecture and Strategy, Delivery Practices, Strategic Planning and Change and Communications within one department. Prior to Tabcorp, Sharon worked as the Head of Enterprise Agility for Tatts Group. Sharon’s role was to plan and implement the transformation of Technology to an agility based way of working.
John is a highly experienced transformation consultant, organisational behaviourist and agile coach. In a career spanning 30 years he has helped a vast number of organisations around the world implement new technologies, systems and skill sets to radically improve their performance. His knowledge encompasses business process reengineering, customer experience design, design thinking, agile delivery and agile business leadership.
John has led large-scale transformation projects for organisations such as Ogilvy & Mather, LexisNexis, Oxford University Press, Marketforce, M&C Saatchi, STW Group, Blue Star, PMP Limited and News Corp.
He has been a director of numerous companies, adviser for several start-ups, and an MBA mentor at the University of Technology Sydney. He is also a regular speaker at conferences.
Pat is an experienced consultant and Adjunct Professor at UC Berkeley. She has proven success transforming large agile organisations and developing world class enterprise agile practices.
Pat’s experience encompasses roles such as Executive Director at the Walt Disney Company and Walt Disney Pictures & Television, Senior Director at Universal Studios Motion Picture Group, CIO at GameWorks, and Senior Director of IT at GAP.
Pat’s background in neuroscience and psychology provides her with deep domain knowledge of human behaviour – central to the cultural focus of an agile way of working.
Her expertise encompasses transformational leadership, connecting strategy to delivery and solving complex business challenges. She does this by leveraging deep domain knowledge of human behaviour, sense making and design thinking, and empirical methods whilst retaining a strong focus on value.
Jim Simmons is a consultant and coach specialising in service design, user experience and agile development. He has over 30 years of experience leading cross-functional teams.
Jim’s previous roles include producer, program manager, and UX practice lead positions in the United States and New Zealand for companies such as Hasbro, Disney, Electronic Arts, MGM, SAS Institute, Certus Solutions, Resn, Unlimited Realities and PikPok.
Jim’s leadership style engages the entire team in managing and leading the process. He also has a strong grasp of technical constraints, planning, budget/schedule management, stakeholder management, and team dynamics. It is this full spectrum of involvement and responsibility that Jim brings to his customer work.
Craig Smith is a consultant and coach with a career steeped in agile. He is Certified Scrum Master and a member of both the Scrum Alliance and Agile Alliance. As an Agile Coach he has worked on a number of high profile technical and business projects for customers such as Telstra, Prudential, DBS, the Department of Home Affairs and Suncorp.
Craig regularly presents at a number of international conferences. He is also an Agile Editor for InfoQ and co-hosts an Agile podcast called The Agile Revolution.
In 2017, he was appointed to the board of the Agile Alliance.
