Tyler Grant is an accomplished Agile Coach and Consultant with an ethos built on pragmatic, value-driven process delivery. With his proficiencies in various methodologies, including Scrum, Kanban, SAFe, XP, and Scaled Agile, he has driven both public and private sector teams towards success by delivering data-driven results through bespoke process delivery.

Tyler's educational background includes a BA in Anthropology and BA in Spanish Language from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. He also has certifications such as Certified ScrumMaster, Certified SAFe Agilist, and ICP-Agile Team Facilitator.

Throughout his career, Tyler has brought his Agile expertise to a number of leading companies including Capital One, Allstate, LeadingAgile, CGI Federal, and Booz Allen Hamilton. His roles have spanned from an Agile Delivery Lead, where he built Agile teams from scratch and coached them to high performance, to an Enterprise Transformation Coach at Allstate where he aided in the rollout of a new Agile framework to the entire enterprise.
