For many organisations seeking to build their agility, using coaches to get teams up to speed can be a great way to get started. We provide agile coaching support in two ways – supporting your teams with an experienced SoftEd coach, or building up your own internal coaching capability through our unique coaching academy. We can offer coaching either in-person or live online.
Our coaches will help you to adopt a new way of working by assisting to embed the mindset, principles and practices of agility. They will guide your through the change process, help you to speed up the time to the delivery of value, and address any blockers along the way.

Our facilitation and coaching program provides a comprehensive pathway for team facilitators/scrum masters and agile coaches. Through training, goal-setting, on-the-job practice and mentoring, we work with identified individuals to build their competency.
Our coaching service is an end-to-end program that includes assessments, training, coaching, mentoring and coaching accreditation. It encompasses:
Assistance with assessment and initial screening of internal agile coaches
Development of a coaching competency framework and individual development plans
Training in agile facilitation aligned to ICAgile's Certified Professional in Agile Team Facilitation (ICP-ATF) and ICAgile's Certified Professional in Agile Coaching (ICP-ACC)
Mentoring to build capability as a team facilitator/scrum master and agile coach
Preparation for ICAgile’s Certified Expert in Agile Coaching (ICE-AC) assessment
The creation of a learning portfolio complete with learning journal, facilitation and coaching experience, and peer assessments
