2022 is already off to a strong start for the team at SoftEd as they welcome back agile, leadership and culture expert Shane Hastie. He returns to SoftEd as the new Global Delivery Lead responsible for taking the SoftEd vision to the world.
On re-joining the team, Shane had this to say,

A SoftEd veteran, Shane started with the company in 2002 then spent the next 15 years working as a professional trainer, coach and consultant specialising in agile practices, business analysis, project management, requirements, and testing methodologies. In that time, he helped countless teams and organisations improve how they work, support a better culture, and deliver the results that matter to them most.
In recent years, Shane has been working as ICAgile's Director of Agile Learning and Director of Community Development. A leading global agile accreditation and certification body, Shane has helped in their mission to create world-class learning programs for their member organisations. As the largest provider of ICAgile certifications worldwide, SoftEd is part of a community driven by inspiring and enabling the power of learning.
Shane has also been busy co-authoring his book #noprojects: A Culture of Continuous Value, working on a code of ethical conduct for agile coaching as the co-chair of the Agile Alliance Agile Coaching ethics initiative, and leading the Culture and Methods editorial team for InfoQ.com.
