Running a Requirements Workshop Webinar

Running a Requirements Workshop Webinar
March 23, 2020

Requirements workshops are a great way to get your stakeholders together to discover, refine and prioritise your requirements. However, things can get tricky when you're trying to elicit business requirements from a diverse group of people with often-conflicting interests.

This webinar will give you the techniques and tips you need to guide a requirements workshop; building trust across your stakeholders; defining or breaking down scope; uncovering requirement conflicts; discovering missing requirements; helping to select a solution from various alternatives; helping get buy-in for a recommended solution. You will also learn how an annotated agenda can help you in planning the workshop to the right level of detail.

During this hour-long session, you'll learn about:

  • Using an annotated agenda to stay on track (template provided)
  • Conducting process checks
  • Being aware of group dynamics
  • Seeing the warning signs and adjust techniques
