I started my career as a developer and interaction designer working on eLearning products for large banks and technology companies.
After moving into the health sector as a lead developer, I transitioned into a product owner role with a focus on bringing customer-centricity into the development process. As we scaled up, I became a scrum master and began developing my own training material to help my teammates adopt new ways of working.
It was then that I truly embraced the agile way of working. As someone who has practised martial arts since childhood, I loved the way that agile promotes continuous improvement. Either personally or as part of a team, stopping to reflect on what's working is how we keep growing.
It was about two years ago that I became a qualified agile trainer and coach. I'm most passionate about building and supporting high-performing and empowered teams. I find that sharing my experience in product ownership, scrum mastery, and web development helps bring learning to life with real-world context.
At this point in my career, I feel privileged to be a part of the SoftEd team and work alongside some of the most talented people in the industry.
Outside of work, you'll either find me out in the agile community getting involved in conferences, meetups, and events or being agile at the gym.
