Bridgette Bell

I've had a really varied career. I started out working as a Personal Banker at BNZ and a Recruitment Consultant for financial services and information technology companies. I joined the SoftEd team as an Account Manager in 2009, when I was living in Wellington and have since moved to Brisbane, Australia. The positive, people-focused culture is still at the heart of SoftEd today and is the reason why I'm still here! Our people are some of the best you'll ever meet.

Being a part of SoftEd's mission to help people grow their skills through training and coaching is what I love most about my job. It's really inspiring to be supporting people as they realise their potential and smash their goals. I also love getting to partner with organisations and help them create healthy, happy working cultures.

When I'm not supporting growth and positive change at work, I'm supporting my kids in developing their own skill sets. We loved adventures close to home in Australia, exploring beaches, bushes, and national parks. We also get into lots of chaotic arts and crafts. When I get some time to myself, I love doing anything that involves food – cooking and eating! Especially if craft beer features as well.
