Arun Bhaskar

My career spans about 30 years, and I started in IT education sales. I was involved in supporting businesses with software training and individual students with learning programmes. Then, I moved into IT services and app development, where I managed sales across India and the United States. After I moved to Singapore 18 years ago, I began working in the public and financial services sectors across South East Asia.

I joined the SoftEd team about six years ago to support the growth of our business profile in Asia. I really feel that the future is agile, and by taking on this role, I have embraced the agile values in work and life. Agile offers a shorter and easier path to meaningful results, and I love helping organisations see those results.

In my spare time, I love watching and playing cricket! I’m also passionate about music, and I especially like listening to progressive rock.
