At the recent Agile Tauranga conference held on October 26, SoftEd agile trainer, facilitator and coach, Andy van der Gugten ran an interactive workshop titled 'Agile Fundamentals'.
Andy's presentation delved into the background, guiding principles and evolution of the agile approach and why it works in helping teams to ensure projects deliver the right products faster. It also covered all the different agile practices and the tools and techniques that are used by agile teams.
Andy van der Gugten is an experienced agile practitioner with a strong technical background and experience in both project and change management. He has worked across education, finance, logistics and IT environments in both large multinational companies across Europe and small businesses in New Zealand.
