Eliciting requirements is quite the endeavour for business analysts.  But it doesn’t stop there.  Requirements evolve from defining the need through the retirement of a solution.  Requirements will change their state as they pass through a life cycle, and those states with the efforts to maintain them, may depend on the life cycle approach used.

In this course, you'll learn how to manage requirements throughout their life, regardless of life cycle approach.  You'll gain a high-level look at tracing, prioritisation and approvals to provide you with the awareness needed to manage those tasks.  And by taking a deeper look at how to assess change and ensure requirements are current and accurate, you will have the opportunity to put you learning into practice.

Intended for:

This course is ideal for anyone performing in the role of a business analyst, which not only includes business analysts, but may also include project managers, developers, quality assurance analysts, system analysts, project owners, etc.

There are no prerequisites for this course.
