"Agility empowers people to create the future of business."

After graduating from the University of Canberra in 1998, I followed my passion for sports by working at Sports Medicine Australia. This was an exciting time, with the Sydney Olympics just around the corner. After the Olympics, I needed an adventure of my own and went backpacking around the world. While I was in Edinburgh and London, I worked for Danone as the Territory Sales Manager.

Then, when I got home, I saw that a New Zealand company called SoftEd were looking to establish an office in Australia. I joined the team as a Senior Account Manager in 2004 and became the General Manager for SoftEd Australia in 2012.

The best part about working at SoftEd is getting to partner with organisations to unlock their secret weapon - their people. What interests me most is understanding our client's challenges and business goals and finding opportunities for growth and improvement. We're all about creating long-lasting and sustainable change.

My free time always involves my love of sports and my brilliant family. I play football (soccer) for the mighty Mitchie Mayhem and cricket with the Cabbages for the annual Canberra Cabbages and Canberra Cardboards Cricket Club (CCCCCC) Australia Day competition. I have three amazing children and a lovely wife, who all keep me on my toes as well!
