FIRST INTERNATIONAL SPEAKERS ANNOUNCED FOR SDC 2011-TRANSFORMING ANALYSIS
Software Education has announced the first three international speakers for its 15th annual business analysis-focused conference, SDC, being held in Wellington on 21-22 March and in Sydney on 24-25 March 2011. With the theme “Transforming Analysis”, SDC 2011 promises to deliver an inspirational line up of speakers and, at times, controversial topics which reflect the changing nature and function of business analysis. As in previous years, the conference capitalises on Software Education's extensive international network of experts to deliver a powerful combination of forward-thinking insights and in-depth, practical solutions to the issues facing business analysts today. The three speakers confirmed so far are:  | Johanna Rothman (USA) Rothman Consulting Group Johanna is an internationally recognised expert in managing IT product and software development. She is a consultant, frequent public speaker, and has also written a number of popular books, her most recent being 'Manage Your Project Portfolio: Increase Your Capacity and Finish More Projects'. Previous books include the 2008 Jolt Productivity award winning 'Manage It! Your Guide to Modern, Pragmatic Project Management'; and 'Behind Closed Doors: Secrets of Great Management' (with Esther Derby). |  | Kent J. McDonald (USA) Knowledge Bridge Partners & Wellmark Blue Cross Blue Shield Health Insurance Co-founder and current President of the Agile Project Leadership Network (APLN), Kent specialises in successfully applying pragmatic approaches to strategic planning and coaching business analysts and project managers.
