Sarah Rees delivers all of the Software Testing courses. She also designed and developed the User Acceptance Testing course.
Sarah has 17 years extensive experience in software testing in Engalnd and New Zealand, gained through working for a number of government departments, IT service providers, Telecommunications and private industry. She has specialised in the area of User/Business Acceptance, and has worked on nearly 30 software test projects. This has provided excellent first hand experience of usability issues identified during the test process.
During her career, she has defined and implemented test strategies for a range of software development projects, documented high level standards and strategies for organization wide test practice, and managed large complex test projects. She has designed and implemented test facilities, managed pre-production testing, and is an experienced test team manager.
Her core areas of interest are user acceptance testing, test team management, statistical test evaluation, test process improvement, web testing and usability.
