Josie Crawford

Josie has an IT honours degree, a Diploma in Business analysis, 20 years corporate experience predominantly working within Business Analysis and Testing and five years as a professional trainer in these domains.

She has experience across all phases of the development life-cycle along with exposure to different SDLCs including waterfall, iterative and agile. Her early career encompassed a wide range of roles including Programmer/Analyst, Process and Methods Consultant, Network Support Administrator and Business Analyst.

Josie moved to Australia in 1997 where she worked at Management level in the Trading division of the Australian Stock Exchange. Later, at The Commonwealth Bank of Australia, she held Executive roles within Project Management, Software Testing and Change Management.

She is an Accredited AIBA (Australian Institute of Business Analysis) Assessor, an examiner for the British Computer Society's Business Analysis Diploma scheme, an Accredited BCS (ISEB) Business Analysis Trainer, a board member of the Australian and New Zealand Testing Board and an Accredited ISTQB trainer in software testing.

Josie is an outstanding teacher, which is always reflected in her course feedback. Her real-world experience, coupled with a passion for training, ensures that participants always enjoy their learning experience and take pragmatic tools, techniques and new understanding back to their workplace.
