Brian Steele

Brian Steele, is an independent non-executive director. Brian holds Bachelors of Commerce & Arts degrees from Victoria University Wellington, is a CA member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of New Zealand and a member of the New Zealand Institute of Directors.

Brian is Chairman of Absolute IT (recruitment), and a director of Axon Computer Services. Brian is the executive director of Shoreline Partners, which specialises in planning, mergers and acquisitions and governance.

He has worked in New Zealand and Central Europe with Coopers & Lybrand and Western Europe and Asia with RJR Nabisco. Brian returned to New Zealand in 1999 to work with Morel & Co, Brian has assisted Software Education in the purchases of DP Education (100%) and Software Education Assessments Pty (60%).
