Alec Sharp

When he is not working with Software Education in Australia and New Zealand, Alec serves clients from Ireland to India, and Washington to Wellington. Alec has expertise in a rare combination of fields - facilitation, strategy development, data management, business analysis, and as many Software Education customers will know - a deep specialisation in  business process analysis, design, and management.

Alec has managed his consulting and education business, Clariteq Systems Consulting Ltd., for close to 30 years. In addition to his frequent consulting assignments that keeps him up-to-date on real world issues, he conducts workshops and conference presentations globally, consistently receiving “excellent” ratings. Alec is the author of the completely rewritten second edition of “Workflow Modeling” (Artech House, 2009) which is widely used as a university text and is a best-seller in the field.
